Kelsey Kreider Starrs, LICSW, CDW-F (she/her)

I received my undergraduate training in Social Work, followed by a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota. I specialize in Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Brené Brown's Daring Way, and working with people in the childbearing years.

I am passionate about honoring people's values and agency over their lives, asking curious questions that help evoke people's own inherent wisdom, and holistic ways of healing.
