How to find 6 E. 45th St.

The Healing House is located on 45th Street East, right off of Nicollet Avenue, in the Kingfield neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis. Look for a big wooden fence with a big number “6” on it!

Directions to the Healing House by car

From the North: Take I-35W south to the 46th Street exit. Turn RIGHT on 46th St. Turn RIGHT on Nicollet Ave., and go one block to 45th Street. Turn RIGHT on 45th St, and we are the house on the left with a big “6” on the fence! 

From the South: Take I-35W north to the 46th Street exit. Turn RIGHT on 46th St. Turn RIGHT on Nicollet Ave., and go one block to 45th Street. Turn RIGHT on 45th St, and we are the house on the left with the big “6” on the fence! 

From the South during Rush Hour: Due to construction on I-35 northbound, during rush hour we recommend taking the Diamond Lake Road exit instead of the 46th St. exit if you are coming from the south. Turn LEFT on Diamond Lake Rd., then RIGHT on Nicollet Ave., then RIGHT on 45th St. We are still the house on the left with the big “6”!

Side street routes are also possible. Consult a map to route you via side streets. 

By bus

Bus routes 11 and 18 stop right at the intersection of Nicollet Ave. and 45th St. Route 46 stops one block south of the Healing House, and Routes 113 and 135 stop on Grand Ave., five short blocks away. The Healing House is three blocks from the 46th St. Station, where many buses come and go.

Parking

Parking is on-street and usually plentiful. You are welcome to park anywhere along 45th St. or Nicollet Ave.
